AIR MAIL
When I was schooling in the Philippines and my parents worked in China, I believed paper airplanes could carry my love and messages across the miles. Using any scrap of paper, I would craft paper airplanes, hoping their flight would reach my parents. In my childish mind, these simple planes were my passports, bridging the distance that separated us. With the innocence of love, fragility, and fleetingness - I based this piece on that.
